Disclosed are a control apparatus for a flying object to allow a flying object using urban airfields to safely perform take-off/landing and a take-off/landing method applied to the same. According to the present invention, the control apparatus comprises: a collection unit for collecting object information from the ground and sky of a take-off/landing site; a communication unit for communicating with a flying object which will use the take-off/landing site; and a control unit identifying an object corresponding to the flying object communicating with the communication unit from the collected object information, predicting whether there is a collision between the object identified as the flying object and the remaining objects, and controlling take-off/landing of the object identified as the flying object according to a prediction result.

    본 발명은, 이착륙장의 지상 및 상공으로부터 객체 정보를 수집하기 위한 수집부와, 이착륙장을 이용할 비행체와 통신하기 위한 통신부와, 수집된 객체 정보로부터 통신부와 통신한 비행체에 해당하는 객체를 확인하고, 비행체로 확인된 객체와 나머지 객체 사이의 충돌 여부를 예측하고, 예측 결과에 따라 비행체로 확인된 객체의 이착륙을 제어하기 위한 통제부를 포함하는, 도심 항공 모빌리티(Urban Air Mobility)를 위한 통제 장치와, 이에 적용되는 이착륙 방법으로서, 도심의 이착륙장을 이용하는 비행체가 안전하게 이착륙할 수 있도록 하는 통제 장치 및 이착륙 방법이 제시된다.
