The present invention relates to a control device for urban air mobility and flight device including the same and takeoff method applied thereto, wherein a control device includes: a detection unit which is placed on a side of a takeoff and detects hazards present in the space above an aircraft on a takeoff and landing pad; a generation unit for generating warning information to prevent a collision between the aircraft and an object using detection results of the detection unit; and a display unit for displaying generated the warning information. Disclosed are the control device and flight device which can safely take off the aircraft, and a takeoff method.

    본 발명은, 이착륙장 측에 배치되며, 이착륙장 상의 비행체의 상측공간에 존재하는 위험 요소를 감지하기 위한 감지부, 감지부의 감지 결과를 이용하여 비행체와 상기 물체 간의 충돌을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 경고 정보를 생성하기 위한 생성부, 및 생성된 경고 정보를 전시하기 위한 전시부를 포함하는, 도심 항공 모빌리티를 위한 통제 장치 및 이를 포함하는 비행 장치와 이에 적용되는 이륙 방법으로서, 비행체를 안전하게 이륙시킬 수 있는 통제 장치 및 비행 장치와 이륙 방법이 제시된다.
