The present invention relates to an apparatus for calculating charging waiting time of an electric vehicle in order to minimize time the electric vehicle takes to charge. The apparatus for calculating charging waiting time of an electric vehicle comprises: a running time calculation unit for calculating a running time by setting a route to a charging station based on the current position of the electric vehicle; a charging remaining time calculation unit for calculating a charging remaining time of a charging slot in the charging station by using power usage pattern information of the charging station and charging slot information in the charging station; and a charging waiting time calculation unit for calculating a charging waiting time for the charging slot in the charging station by using the running time and the charging remaining time.

    본 발명은 전기차의 충전 대기시간 산정 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전기차의 충전 대기시간 산정 장치는, 전기차의 현재 위치를 기준으로 충전소까지의 경로를 설정함에 따라 운행 시간을 계산하기 위한 운행 시간 계산부; 상기 충전소의 전력사용량 패턴 정보와 상기 충전소 내 충전슬롯 정보를 이용하여 상기 충전소 내 충전슬롯의 충전 잔여시간을 계산하기 위한 충전 잔여시간 계산부; 및 상기 운행 시간 및 상기 충전 잔여시간을 이용하여 상기 충전소 내 충전슬롯에 대한 충전 대기시간을 산정하기 위한 충전 대기시간 산정부;를 포함한다.
