The present invention provides an engine clutch joint control system and method of a hybrid vehicle, which actively controls to increase or decrease a torque reduction rate of ignition generator appropriate to a real engine speed by referring an engine speed profile, in real time in an engine ignition process including an engine detonation time after an engine cranking process that outputs a torque of the ignition generator as a maximum torque. Therefore, synchronization of the engine speed and motor speed for join an engine clutch is facilitated. The engine clutch joint control system comprises: an engine clutch; an ignition generator; and a controller.

    본 발명은 시동발전기의 토크를 최대 토크로 출력하는 엔진 크랭킹 과정 이후, 엔진 초폭 시점을 포함하는 엔진 점화 과정에서 엔진속도 프로파일을 실시간으로 참조하여 실제 엔진속도에 맞게 시동발전기의 토크 감소율을 능동적으로 증가 또는 감소 조절함으로써, 엔진클러치 접합을 위한 엔진속도와 모터속도의 동기화가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 엔진클러치 접합 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
