The present invention comprises: a sensor unit measuring an electric feature value of a battery to output actual SOC information; an input unit setting a capacity limit rate of the battery based on the actual SOC information outputted through the sensor unit; and a control unit selectively varying a use area where the battery is charged and discharged according to the capacity limit rate set by the input unit to output virtual setting SOC information and setting a use amount of the battery according to the setting SOC information.

    본 발명은 배터리의 전기적 특성값을 측정하여 실제 SOC 정보를 출력하는 센서부, 상기 센서부를 통해 출력된 상기 실제 SOC 정보를 기반으로, 상기 배터리의 용량 제한율을 설정하는 입력부 및 상기 입력부에서 설정된 용량 제한율에 따라 상기 배터리가 충방전되는 사용 영역을 선택적으로 가변시켜 가상의 설정 SOC 정보를 출력하고, 상기 설정 SOC 정보에 따라 상기 배터리의 사용량을 설정하는 제어부를 포함한다.
