The present invention relates to an operation controlling system for a vehicle using sensor fusion and a method thereof. The operation controlling system for the vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an input unit which receives camera data and/or radar data and LiDAR data for an ego vehicle surroundings area; a microprocessor which executes a first process on the camera data and/or the radar data and the LiDAR data to calculate information for positioning of an interest object, and executes a second process to calculate information for a traveling path of the interest object; and an output unit which outputs the information for the positioning and the information for the traveling path. An objective of the present invention is to improve a sensing performance for an ego vehicle surroundings object.

    본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 의한 차량용 운전 제어 시스템은, 자차량 주변 영역에 대한 카메라 데이터 및/또는 레이더 데이터와 라이다 데이터를 수신하는 입력부; 상기 카메라 데이터 및/또는 레이더 데이터와 라이다 데이터에 대해, 제1 프로세스를 실행하여 관심 객체의 측위용 정보를 산출하고, 제2 프로세스를 실행하여 상기 관심 객체의 주행경로용 정보를 산출하는 마이크로 프로세서; 및 상기 측위용 정보와 주행경로용 정보를 출력하는 출력부를 포함한다.
