Active suspension control plays a crucial role in enhancing vehicle stability by dynamically adjusting suspension forces. This study presents an improved Vehicle Roll Dynamic Control (VRDC) system designed to mitigate undesired roll and yaw motions, thereby improving overall handling and stability. The proposed control strategy integrates active suspension actuation at the rear wheels to influence the vehicle's roll-yaw coupling dynamics. A co- simulation framework is developed using ADAMS Car for high-fidelity multi-body vehicle dynamics modeling and MATLAB/Simulink for real-time control implementation. The simulation results indicate a significant reduction in roll angle and yaw rate deviations under various driving conditions, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed VRDC system in improving vehicle stability and maneuverability.
