In order to explore the influencing factors of carbon emission reduction of cold chain logistics enterprises under the carbon trading mechanism and solve the problem of high carbon emissions in the process of using vehicles by cold chain logistics enterprises, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model with the government and cold chain logistics enterprises as the main players. The results show that: (1) Among the many factors affecting the use of new energy refrigerated vehicles by cold chain logistics enterprises, fresh-keeping efforts and subsidies play a key role; (2) When the government’s share of the cost of new energy refrigerated vehicles becomes larger, the cold chain logistics enterprises will choose new energy refrigerated vehicles faster; (3) When the carbon trading price increases, it will prompt cold chain logistics enterprises to choose new energy refrigerated vehicles and the government’s supervision will be enhanced.
