The report identifies possible actions that might be considered to remove specific barriers. Part II, Commercialization Readiness Assessment for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, contains discussions on technical readiness, market/economic readiness, environmental readiness, institutional readiness, benefits analysis, and readiness assessment conclusions.
