To solve the problem of subjectivity in the process of autonomous capability assessment, a cognitive control structure of unmanned system is proposed. Based on the cognitive control structure and the operational characteristics of the ground-attack UAV, the index system of autonomy capability is constructed from five dimensions: sensing and detection, planning and decision-making, combat execution, security management and learning evolution. Finally, different methods are used to evaluate the autonomous capability of ground-attack UAV, which verify the rationality of the index system.
