Even if an external low-voltage power line falls off due to automobile collision, the active discharging circuit can also complete work; in the active discharge process, the main control chip only needs to be on duty for 1 mS at the initial moment, then the subsequent active discharge task of several seconds can be automatically completed, the discharge process interruption caused by the failure of the main control chip due to collision is avoided, the safety is higher, and certain use value and popularization value are achieved.
