The invention discloses an inspection unmanned aerial vehicle unit capable of automatically replacing a battery. The inspection unmanned aerial vehicle unit comprises an inspection unmanned aerial vehicle, a remote monitoring system and a battery replacement device, the inspection unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a control chip and a battery, and the vehicle body is provided with a camera and a rotor wing; the remote monitoring system and the control chip are respectively provided with a wireless transceiver module. The battery replacing device comprises a mounting box, a controller is arranged on the side face of the mounting box, and a landing table, a battery connecting mechanism and a conveyor are arranged in the mounting box. The conveying mechanism is further provided with a magnetic type charging contact. The inspection unmanned aerial vehicle is matched with the remote control system for inspection, the inspection unmanned aerial vehicle can achieve automatic battery replacement operation through the battery replacement device, the device is controlled through the controller, after the unmanned aerial vehicle is parked on the landing platform, the battery connection mechanism is matched with the conveying mechanism, and a battery on an inspection unmanned aerial vehicle body is taken out and replaced; the battery replacement operation is convenient, the overall structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and later maintenance is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种可自动换电池的巡检无人机机组,包括巡检无人机、远程监控系统和电池更换装置;所述巡检无人机包括机体、控制芯片和电池,机体设有摄像头和旋翼;所述远程监控系统和控制芯片上分别设有无线收发模组;所述电池更换装置包括安装盒,安装盒的侧面设有控制器,内部设有降落台、电池连接机构和输送机;所述输送机构上还设有磁吸式充电触点。本发明巡检无人机与远程控制系统配合进行巡检,且巡检无人机可通过电池更换装置实现自动换电池操作,装置通过控制器进行控制,无人机停靠在降落台后,通过电池连接机构与输送机构进行配合,将巡检无人机机体上的电池取出更换,换电池操作方便,并且整体结构简单,制造成本低,便于后期维护。
