The upper ends of the two rolling shaft supporting rods are connected with the transportation chassis through the corresponding chassis telescopic rods respectively, the two ends of the climbing rolling shaft are arranged at the lower ends of the corresponding rolling shaft supporting rods through bearings respectively, more than two climbing mechanisms are arranged on the climbing rolling shaft at intervals, and the included angle between the transportation chassis and the horizontal plane can be monitored through the horizontal sensor. The climbing mechanism can fall on the ground or be separated from the ground through the chassis telescopic rod, the transportation chassis can be kept in a horizontal state through the telescopic rear supporting rod, stair climbing can be conducted through the climbing mechanism, and stair climbing transportation of large solid and fluid materials can be achieved.
