The invention relates to the field of safety control of aerial work platforms, and discloses a top anti-collision system of a working platform and the aerial work platform. The top anti-collision system comprises a plurality of launching support assemblies which are arranged around the periphery of a frame of the working platform at intervals. The multiple groups of photoelectric loop assemblies are mounted on the transmitting bracket assemblies and are used for forming photoelectric detection linear loops between the transmitting bracket assemblies which are linearly spaced and adjacently arranged; wherein a photoelectric loop detection net is formed above the working platform, and the photoelectric loop detection net comprises a plurality of photoelectric detection linear loops. The aerial work platform comprises the top anti-collision system of the working platform. According to the top anti-collision system of the working platform and the aerial work platform, the safety guarantee of the aerial work platform and operators can be improved.
