The invention relates to the field of safety control of aerial work platforms, and discloses a top anti-collision system of a working platform and the aerial work platform. The top anti-collision system comprises a plurality of support assemblies which are arranged around the periphery of a frame of the working platform at intervals, inductive switches are arranged on the support assemblies, and flexible feeler levers are arranged on the inductive switches. And the elastic detection line is connected with the flexible feeler levers on the support assemblies and forms a connection line detection net located above the working platform. The aerial work platform comprises the top anti-collision system of the working platform. According to the top anti-collision system of the working platform and the aerial work platform, the safety guarantee of the aerial work platform and operators can be improved.
