The invention relates to a robot gap crossing method, electronic equipment and a photovoltaic panel cleaning robot. The robot gap crossing method comprises the steps that gap detection information between a first photovoltaic panel and a second photovoltaic panel adjacent to the first photovoltaic panel in the preset advancing direction is obtained through a TOF module; obtaining a predicted position of the main suction cup on the second photovoltaic panel based on the gap detection information; when the predicted position meets the adsorption requirement, executing a crossing preset instruction by using a suction cup walking mechanism, so that a main suction cup moves to a second photovoltaic panel; when the predicted position does not meet the adsorption requirement, a spanning adjustment strategy is obtained according to the gap detection information, and a spanning adjustment instruction is generated based on the spanning adjustment strategy to enable the predicted position to meet the adsorption requirement; and then a preset crossing instruction is executed by using the suction cup walking mechanism, so that the main suction cup moves to the second photovoltaic panel. The TOF module is used for pre-judging the predicted position of the main suction cup, whether the predicted position meets the suction requirement or not is pre-judged, and corresponding adjustment is carried out.

    本申请涉及机器人缝隙跨越方法、电子设备及光伏板清扫机器人。机器人缝隙跨越方法包括:利用TOF模块获取第一光伏板和预设前进方向相邻的第二光伏板之间的缝隙检测信息;基于缝隙检测信息获取主吸盘在第二光伏板的预测位置;当预测位置满足吸附要求时,利用吸盘行走机构执行跨越预设指令,使主吸盘移动到第二光伏板上;当预测位置不满足吸附要求时,根据缝隙检测信息获取跨越调整策略,并基于跨越调整策略生成跨越调整指令使预测位置满足吸附要求;然后利用吸盘行走机构执行跨越预设指令,使主吸盘移动到第二光伏板上。本申请使用TOF模块进行主吸盘的预测位置的预判,预判其是否符合吸附要求并进行对应调整。
