The invention discloses a flexible detection robot suitable for narrow space detection, which adopts a three-section structural design and comprises a guide section, a support section and an extension section which are connected in sequence, each section is of a multi-cavity pneumatic structure and is internally provided with a plurality of pneumatic devices, and the number of the pneumatic devices of the support section is greater than that of the guide section and the extension section. The guide section and the extension section are connected with an inflating device for controlling the pneumatic device to stretch, and electromagnets are arranged at the outer ends of the guide section and the extension section. According to the invention, stretching and bending of the chamber are realized by adjusting the air pressure introduced into the hose. Electromagnets are installed at the two ends of the robot and can be attracted to the metal surface, and the wriggling walking capacity is achieved. A wired camera is arranged at the front end of the guide section, so that signal stability in a closed environment is ensured, and real-time image acquisition is realized. Through pneumatic driving and flexible structure design, the flexibility and load capacity of the robot in a narrow space are remarkably improved, and the robot is suitable for multiple fields such as industrial manufacturing and rescue detection.

    本发明公开了一种适用于狭窄空间检测的柔性检测机器人,采用三段式结构设计,包括依次连接的导向段、支撑段和伸长段,各段均为多腔室气动结构并在内部设置有若干气动装置,支撑段的气动装置数量多于导向段和伸长段,导向段和伸长段连接有控制气动装置伸缩的充气装置,导向段和伸长段的外端设置有电磁铁。本发明通过调节通入软管的气压实现腔室的伸缩与弯曲。机器人两端安装有电磁铁,能够吸附在金属表面上,实现蠕动行走能力。导向段前端配备有线摄像头,确保在封闭环境下的信号稳定,实现实时图像采集。本发明通过气动驱动和柔性结构设计,显著提升了机器人在狭窄空间内的灵活性和负载能力,适用于工业制造、救援探测等多个领域。
