PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a control device to secure lead time of an operator sufficiently when switching from an automatic operation mode to a manual operation mode even when alternation of the operator is caused.SOLUTION: During an operation control period by the automatic operation mode a lead time control unit 613 counts by setting a first lead time when determined that the operator is in such a state as to perform driving operation by the manual operation mode, and a lead time information generated unit 614 generates first lead time information for informing a residual time of the first lead time. A driver condition determination unit 612 determines whether or not the alternation of the operator generates in the first lead time and the lead time control unit counts by setting a second lead time when determined that the alternation is generated and the lead time information generated unit generates second lead time information for informing the residual time of the second lead time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
