To provide a roadside sensing method, a roadside sensing apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, roadside equipment and a program that achieve blind area-free sensing using least camera configurations, and can decrease the maintenance cost of the sensing system and increase the robustness of the sensing system.SOLUTION: A sensing method comprises: acquiring a wide-angle image shot by a wide-angle camera; applying distortion reduction processing to the wide-angle image to obtain an image right below the wide-angle camera; and projecting and transforming the wide-angle image to at least one visual angle through a spherical projection model to obtain at least one plane projection image each corresponding to one visual angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
