The invention discloses a hybrid power rail car waste heat utilization system and a control method, and four different working modes are realized by controlling a first electromagnetic valve, a secondelectromagnetic valve and a third electromagnetic valve; in a transformer heat supply mode or a diesel engine heat supply mode, waste heat of the transformer or the diesel engine is used for heatingan air conditioner heat exchanger, so that heat is brought into a cab to supply heat to the cab, the heat dissipation capacity of the transformer or the diesel engine is improved, meanwhile, the heating power of the cab is improved, the electric heating power of the cab is reduced, energy is saved, environment is protected, and the locomotive running efficiency is improved. In a diesel engine preheating mode or a transformer heat supply diesel engine preheating mode, the waste heat of the transformer is used for heating the diesel engine heat exchanger, the diesel engine preheating time is shortened, locomotive bow net or third rail electric power supply is uninterruptedly switched to diesel engine power supply, uninterrupted locomotive power supply is guaranteed, and the service life of the diesel engine is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力轨道车余热利用系统及控制方法,通过控制第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀以及第三电磁阀,实现四种不同的工作模式;在变压器供热模式或柴油机供热模式下,利用变压器或柴油机的余热为空调换热器加热,从而将热量带入司机室为司机室供暖,在提高了变压器或柴油机散热能力的同时,提高了司机室供暖功率,降低了司机室电加热功率,节能环保,提高了机车运行效率;在柴油机预热模式或变压器供热柴油机预热模式下,利用变压器的余热为柴油机换热器加热,减少了柴油机预热时间,实现了机车弓网或第三轨电力供电无间断地切换至柴油机供电,保证了机车无间断供电,提高了柴油机使用寿命。
