Provided is a vehicle collision avoidance support device capable of preventing a collision between a vehicle and a moving object, which is intended to avoid a collision during execution of steering avoidance control, when the moving object decelerates. A vehicle collision avoidance support device (10) is configured so as to execute steering avoidance control when an index value indicating the level of possibility of a collision between a host vehicle (100) and an object (200) present in front of the host vehicle is equal to or greater than a predetermined index value. The steering avoidance control is a control for setting an avoidance path capable of avoiding a collision between the own vehicle and an object in a lane in which the own vehicle travels, and performing an avoidance steering in which the own vehicle is forcibly steered so that the own vehicle travels along the avoidance path. A vehicle collision avoidance support device stops steering avoidance control when an object is a moving object moving in the same direction as the own vehicle and when the deceleration of the moving object is equal to or greater than a predetermined deceleration during execution of the steering avoidance control.
