The invention relates to a charging pile thermal control system based on a pulsating heat pipe and a control method thereof. A charging pile thermal control system based on a pulsating heat pipe comprises a charging pile shell, a power module and a fan, and the power module is provided with a heat dissipation assembly and a heat compensation assembly; the pulsating heat pipe for heat dissipation is bent into a U-shaped structure, sleeved with a phase-change material sleeve plate and in surface contact with the power module, the middle of the pulsating heat pipe is an evaporation end, and two wings of the pulsating heat pipe are condensation ends. The pulsating heat pipe for heat compensation is bent into a U-shaped structure, sleeved with the phase change material sleeve plate and in surface contact with the power module, the middle portion of the pulsating heat pipe is a condensation end, the two wing portions of the pulsating heat pipe are evaporation ends, and electric heaters are arranged at the evaporation ends. A heat dissipation mode of coupling the micro-channel flat plate pulsating heat pipe and the phase-change material is adopted, the pulsating heat pipe is free of a core and a pump and does not need gravity assistance, the contact area is increased in a flat plate mode, the upper limit of heat dissipation power is improved, the temperature uniformity is improved by adding the phase-change material, energy is saved, and the stability and continuity of a heat dissipation system are improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于脉动热管的充电桩热控制系统及其控制方法。一种基于脉动热管的充电桩热控制系统,包括充电桩壳体、功率模块和风机,功率模块上设有散热组件和补热组件;散热用脉动热管为弯折成U字型结构,套有相变材料套板,与功率模块面接触,中部为蒸发端,两翼为冷凝端;补热用脉动热管弯折成U字型结构,套有相变材料套板,与功率模块形成面接触,中部为冷凝端,两翼部分为蒸发端,蒸发端设有电加热器。本发明采用微通道平板脉动热管和相变材料耦合的散热方式,脉动热管无芯无泵,无需重力辅助,平板式加大接触面积,提升散热的功率上限,相变材料的加入改善了均温性、节省能源,提升了散热系统的稳定持续性。
