The invention relates to the technical field of pile winding cranes, and discloses a V-shaped structure applied to large-angle amplitude variation of a pile winding crane, the V-shaped structure comprises two rotating feet, the outer edges of the rotating feet are provided with rotating bearings, the top of one rotating foot is fixedly provided with a first arm frame, and the top of the other rotating foot is fixedly provided with a second arm frame; first trusses are fixedly assembled on the inner walls of the first arm frame and the second arm frame, and first connecting rods are fixedly assembled on the tops of the two ends of the first trusses. According to the V-shaped structure applied to the large-angle amplitude variation of the pile winding crane, the two ends of the first truss and the two ends of the second truss are each of a flat section structure, under the condition that the distance between the two ends of the first truss and the two ends of the second truss is large, the length of the flat sections is increased, and force can be transmitted more smoothly through the design that small gradient transition is adopted and the upper section and the lower section are symmetrical; therefore, the problems of overweight and overhigh gravity center of the whole machine are reduced.

    本发明涉及绕桩吊技术领域,且公开了应用于绕桩吊大角度变幅的V型结构,包括两个转动脚,所述转动脚的外沿开设有转动轴承,一个所述转动脚的顶部固定装配有第一臂架,另一个所述转动脚的顶部固定装配有第二臂架,所述第一臂架和第二臂架的内壁处固定装配有第一桁架,所述第一桁架的两端顶部固定装配有连接杆一。该应用于绕桩吊大角度变幅的V型结构,通过第一桁架和第二桁架的两端采用一段平段的结构能够将第一桁架和第二桁架两端距离较远的情况下,增加平段的长度和采用较小的坡度过渡,上下截面对称的设计,使得力能够更加顺畅地传递,从而减小了整机的重量偏重、重心偏高的问题。
