The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses an automatic parking safety demand derivation method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. Based on an automatic parking control system with predefined functions, first unsafe behavior information output by the automatic parking control system in the current automatic parking scene is determined; on the basis of the first unsafe behavior information, determining second unsafe behavior information by applying a safety analysis keyword, and determining invalid unsafe behavior information according to the second unsafe behavior information in combination with the current automatic parking scene; performing vehicle hazard analysis according to the ineffective unsafe behavior information, and determining a safety hazard event in the current automatic parking scene; and forming a safety demand of the automatic parking control system in the current automatic parking scene according to a trigger event of the hazard event and a constraint condition. The safety of the automatic parking system is improved.
