The method comprises the steps that the arm length and the pitch angle of a boom, the position of a variable-amplitude oil cylinder, the position of a telescopic oil cylinder, the load of an operation platform and wind power detection data of the arm type high-altitude operation equipment are obtained; through a preset deflection algorithm, the first deflection of the arm support is determined according to the arm length, the pitch angle and the load; determining a second deflection of the boom through a pre-constructed deflection determination model according to the position of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder, the position of the telescopic oil cylinder, the load and the wind power detection data; adding the first deflection and the second deflection to obtain a predicted deflection; adjusting the predicted deflection through a PID controller to obtain a target deflection; and controlling the arm type high-altitude operation equipment to operate according to the target deflection. The control precision of the arm type high-altitude operation equipment can be improved.
