Provided is a travel path estimating device capable of accurately estimating a travel path of a host vehicle when the host vehicle turns right and left (also referred to as during turning). The travel path estimating device includes a prediction processing unit 116 or 216 including a prediction unit 111 or 211 that predicts a future steering angle amount based on a steering angle change rate. The travel path estimating device also includes an adjustment processing unit 210 including an adjustment unit 202 that adjusts a steering angle of steering to increase a change in estimated travel path coordinates with respect to time as compared to that before the adjustment. The travel path estimating device includes a model switching unit 217 that performs switching between an adjustment processing operation performed by the adjustment processing unit 210 and a prediction processing operation performed by the prediction processing unit 216. The adjustment processing operation performed by the adjustment processing unit 210 including the adjustment unit 202 is used in the first half of estimation, and the prediction processing operation performed by the prediction processing unit 216 including the prediction unit 211 is used in the second half of the estimation.
