An optimization analysis method of a joining position of an automotive body according to the present invention obtains an optimized joining position of a parts assembly in an automotive body model 37, in which a joining candidate is set at a position that is a candidate for joining the parts assembly (P1), at least four or more fixed joining points or fixed joining areas are selected for each parts assembly based on a distance between the joining candidates (P5), and the selected fixed joining point or fixed joining area and an optimal joining candidate that is a target of optimization analysis are set in the automotive body model 37 to perform optimization analysis for obtaining an optimized joining or joining area for joining the parts assembly (P7).
