PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform an engaging/disengaging function in a clutch device even at start in a relatively low temperature environment.SOLUTION: A vehicular steering device includes: a steering reaction force generation device 15 having a steering reaction force motor 16; a turning device 17 having a turning motor 29; a clutch device 19 having a lock device 35 that performs an operation for providing a mechanically engaging state or disengaging state between the steering reaction force generation device 15 and the turning device 17; a temperature correlation information acquisition section 61 for acquiring temperature correlation information related to the clutch device 19; and a drive control section 63 for performing driving control of the steering reaction force motor 16, the turning motor 29 and the lock device 35. The drive control section 63 sets an electric power supply form applied to the lock device 35 on the basis of the temperature correlation information, and performs drive control of an electromagnetic solenoid 37 for making the clutch device 19 become the disengaging state by using the set electric power supply form.

    【課題】比較的低温の温度環境下での始動時であっても、クラッチ装置における連結又は切り離し機能を円滑に遂行する。【解決手段】操舵反力モータ16を有する操舵反力発生装置15と、転舵モータ29を有する転舵装置17と、操舵反力発生装置15及び転舵装置17の間を機械的な連結状態にし又は切離状態にする動作を行うロック装置35を有するクラッチ装置19と、クラッチ装置19に係る温度相関情報を取得する温度相関情報取得部61と、操舵反力モータ16、転舵モータ29、及びロック装置35の駆動制御を行う駆動制御部63と、を備える。駆動制御部63は、ロック装置35に与える電力供給態様を温度相関情報に基づき設定すると共に、当該設定された電力供給態様を用いて、クラッチ装置19を切離状態にするための電磁ソレノイド37の駆動制御を行う。【選択図】図1
