The invention discloses an optical cable inspection robot capable of crossing obstacles in a climb-over manner. The optical cable inspection robot comprises a climb-over obstacle crossing mechanism, clamping walking mechanisms and a video acquisition system, wherein the climb-over obstacle crossing mechanism is composed of a long arm and two short arms, and the two short arms are connected to thetwo ends of the long arm through steering engines to form two rotatable joints; the two clamping walking mechanisms are arranged on the two short arms respectively and used for being clamped on an optical cable and walking along the optical cable; and the video acquisition system is arranged on the clamping walking mechanisms or the short arms. The optical cable inspection robot has the advantagesthat stable inspection can be performed in severe weather such as strong wind, heavy rain and ice and snow, the defect that an unmanned aerial vehicle cannot perform inspection in severe weather is overcome, a three-section double-arm two-wheel structure is adopted, the structure is simple, the size is small, the weight is light, the optical cable is not directly clamped, cable burdens are reduced, and optical cable damage caused by inspection is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种可翻越式越障的光缆巡检机器人,其包括:翻越式越障机构、夹持行走机构以及视频采集系统;所述翻越式越障机构由一个长臂和两个短臂构成,所述两个短臂通过舵机连接在所述长臂的两端形成两个可旋转关节;两个所述夹持行走机构分别设在两个所述短臂上,用于夹持在光缆上并沿光缆行走;所述视频采集系统设于所述夹持行走机构或所述短臂上。本发明有点是能够在大风、大雨、冰雪等恶劣天气下稳定巡检,补充无人机在恶劣天气下无法巡检的短板,采用三段式双臂两轮结构,结构简单、体积小、重量轻,不对光缆直接夹持,有利于减轻电缆负担,减少巡检造成的光缆损伤。
